Marc Jacobs, who is a native from New York, entered the world of design in the year 1981.The Parsons School of Design in New York helped Marc in developing his skills further.  In his senior year, Marc Jacobs was showing off his latest creations which garnered him some of Parsons School of Designs greatest awards.Marc's life changed forever when a fashion executive recognized his talent.The two joined hands to build a partnership.  They both had a commitment to quality and a love for fashion which is evident in all of Marc Jacobs by Marc Jacobs products. Marc created his first designer clothing after working for almost 2 years.  When you see the Marc by Jacobs or Marc Jacobs label, you know you have found a very special item indeed.  His first products were a full-blown line of men's clothing in the category of ready-to-wear.Marc Jacobs relates his creations to his own past.  Not soon after, (2000) Marc Jacobs launched his infamous handbag assortment.
